Your Content

Any feedback, comments, or other content you submit through Upvoted ('User Content') remains yours. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and use that content solely to operate, provide, and improve the Services.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and confirm that it does not infringe any third party's rights or violate any applicable law.

We may use cookies to collect non-personal information about users interactions with the Service.

Fees and Billing

Certain features of the Services require payment of fees. All fees are billed in advance and processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date by contacting us at support@upvoted.tech. Refund requests made after this 14-day period will not be honored, except where required by applicable law.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
